1.) Let’s Connect
It all begins with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call. We’ll talk through your travel hopes, preferences, and any special considerations—plus, I’ll answer all your questions so you feel confident moving forward.
2.) Review & Refinement
If you choose to move forward, I’ll send over your Planning Fee invoice to officially get started. From there, I’ll craft a personalized trip proposal for you to review—and make any adjustments needed to ensure it’s the perfect fit.
3.) Prepare & Pack
Once your itinerary is finalized, I’ll take care of all the details and deadlines. You’ll receive a full itinerary in the Trip Plans app, so everything’s at your fingertips. About 2–3 weeks before you go, we’ll do a final check-in to review everything together and ensure it’s all set.
4.) Enjoy Your Adventure!
While you’re traveling, you can relax knowing Bliss Vacations is here to support you every step of the way. Should you need assistance or encounter an unexpected issue, we’ll work with our trusted supplier to help resolve it — so you can focus on enjoying every moment of your trip.
